If events occur that are recognized to significantly impact management for specific securities, leading to a prediction of a sustained and significant drop in stock prices, and if the market value of those securities does not reflect the appropriate stock price level for margin evaluation, the company may take such action. Examples of events that may significantly affect management include:
- Discovery of serious accounting fraud that suggests the recent stock price was formed based on falsified financial results.
- Occurrence of massive losses in business transactions that significantly impact management.
- Suspension of all operations for a long time due to unforeseen accidents.
- Suspension of all operations due to regulatory actions or allegations of violations of laws by administrative agencies.
- Other events with a very high probability of leading to delisting.
