Examples of events that may significantly affect management include:

• Discovery of serious accounting fraud that suggests the recent stock price was formed based on falsified financial results.
• Occurrence of massive losses in business transactions that significantly impact management.
• Suspension of all operations for a long time due to unforeseen accidents.
• Suspension of all operations due to regulatory actions or allegations of violations of laws by administrative agencies.
• Other events with a very high probability of leading to delisting.
