Additionally, you can participate in the book-building process for newly listed stocks.

• Trading may be suspended due to regulations from exchanges or our own internal regulations.
• For transactions on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market or other emerging markets, a separate trading confirmation document will be required.
